Haiti - Reconstruction : Project Evaluation in the department of Northwest

Saturday, in order to proceed to the evaluation of projects implemented by the Government favor of the population, the Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, went to the city of Port-de-Paix. This tour in the department of Northwest, is part of the concern of the Administration Martelly, to ensure that work is delivered within an acceptable time and meet the concerns of the Haitian people.

Prime Minister Lamothe took the opportunity to inaugurate several projects funded entirely by the Treasury, including: installation of 250 street lights in the city of Port-de-Paix and its surroundings, 2 modern health centers, the market of Pointe des Palmistes, the computer lab of Lycée Tertullien Guilbaud of Port de Paix and community 2 restaurants.

At the end of his tour Laurent Lamothe signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Valparaiso University to increase its capacity.
