Haiti - Sports : Visit of the world boxing champion, the Haitian Adonis Stevenson

The Haitian, Adonis Stevenson, Boxing world champion (heavyweight) WBC (World Boxing Council) will visit Haiti on Wednesday 11 to Friday 13 December.

Wednesday, he will attend a morning of Boxing at Gymnasium Vincent and Sports Centre of Carrefour organized with youth of boxing schools of the metropolitan area and will meet several sports personalities.

Stevenson was born September 22, 1977 in Port-au-Prince, arrived in Quebec at the age of five years and has an outstanding track record. Winner of 22 combat on 23 whose 19 by KO, he won the silver medal at the Commonwealth Games in Australia after being crowned champion of Quebec and Canada between 2004 and 2006.

Turned professional in 2006, Adonis Stevenson won a series of victories knocking a dozen opponents while illustrating in combat won by unanimous decision of the jury.
