MICT, in support of the efforts, including, from the City of Port-au-Prince and the Service Metropolitan Solid Waste Collection (SMCRS), " formulates a call to order to offenders and invites users of Bicentenaire to preserve this space which, in addition to its function of traffic, represents through various sites in rehabilitation, an important vector for Tourism, in addition to housing several State institutions such as : the Primature, the Parliament, the Haitian Institute of Statistics and Information, the National Theatre of Haiti.
