Friday, ended the training for engineers of execution and supervision firms for the construction of national schools of Léon (Grande-Anse) and of Babpanyòl (Northwest).

The training organized by the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) and the firm Miyamoto International, focused on earthquake-resistant construction techniques, interpretation of structural plans and construction site management.

The sites of Léon and of Babpanyòl, are the first two to be relaunched under the Support Programme for the Reconstruction of Education Sector (ARSE) consisting in the construction of 19 schools funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

Another training session is scheduled for February 12 to 14 for engineers of firms of implementation and supervision involved in the works of schools of Plaisance (North), Sarazin and Dos Palais (Centre).
