In his speech, the Head of State reiterated the commitment of his administration to provide a framework to the PNH and to work to strengthen it. Promise kept, currently a new building of 1,500 m2, is being built to house the specialized body of the PNH. This new HQ will include a dormitory with a capacity of 400 beds, a cafeteria, a shooting space, laundry, gym, games room and parking for over 30 vehicles. "I will personally ensure that this work is completed in the best time for this specialized unit of the PNH can be accommodated in an environment at the height of the task assigned to it," declared the President Martelly, who took the opportunity to recommend the leaders of the Haitian National Police to strengthen the training of police specialists "Thus they will enroll more efficiently in the process of professionalization of the the National Police of Haiti, that I would like to see consolidate."
