As part of program "Kore Etidyan" the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES), began Monday, February 17, 2014, to make the first payments of the 2013-2014 academic year, for the benefit of students in universities and public institutions in particular.

FAES invites new students to the State University of Haiti, those of Public Regional Universities and those of the National School of Higher Education, to enroll in the program "Kore Etidyan" for the academic year 2013-2014. Forms are available in their respective decanal. For former beneficiaries, renewal is automatic.

Recall that the conditional cash transfer program "Kore Etidyan" https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-6810-haiti-education-assistance-program-for-the-students-of-the-ueh.html , an additional component of the National Social Assistance "Ede Pèp" is a program designed to encourage and financially support, university students in public institutions.

"Kore Etidyan" has to date for the 2013-2014 academic year, nearly 14,000 registered beneficiaries at the level of 33 institutions established in 9 departments of the country

The Economic and Social Assistance Fund thank the students for their patience and understanding for having waited calmly until today the first subsidy payments of the year. In this regard, the FAES guarantee that it undertakes significant improvements of its system, not only to better serve, but also in order to achieve the projected number of 30,000 student beneficiaries for the 2013-2014 academic year.
