In the afternoon, a workshop was held at the Ministry of Communication, attended by Josette Darguste, Nécaire Grégoire, of Director Generals and senior executives of the Ministry, representatives of the Primature including Ady Jean Gardy, Special Adviser to the Prime Minister, in terms of communication and Quebec experts.
