Two new Directors to the Ministry of the Interior :

Tuesday, in the context of strengthening and modernization of the Ministry of Interior and Territorial Communities (MICT), which aims to regulate the status and salaries of employees on the basis of skills, seniority and performance, the engineer Hertz Obas the Director General of MICT, assisted by his deputy, Major Patrick Henry Bastien, proceeded with the installation of two new Directors in the Ministry. Thet are Me Carmel Jean Baptiste appointed to the Department of Human Resources with for Assistant, Mr. Edens Joseph et Me Rigaud Saint Pierre promoted to the Directions of Legal Affairs, seconded by Mr. Yves Caloxte-Civil.

New Directorate of Labour at MAST :

Wednesday, Volny Fils Desrameaux, the Director General of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour (MAST), has proceeded to the installation of Me Renan Hedouville as responsible for the Directorate of Labour. He succeeds to Mrs. Marie-France Mondésir, promoted to the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSC / CA). Recall that Me Renan Hedouville had held that position from 1997 to 1999. In his remarks for the occasion, the Director General of the MAST welcomed the promotion of Me Hedouville "The Ministry relies on you for handling files as large as those of wage indexation, harmonization of labor relations between Employment and Labour, conflict mitigation in companies, updating the Labour Code and the strengthening of the Labour Inspectorate."

New Deputy director of the OFATMA :

Thursday, Mr. Volny Desrameaux Son, Director General of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour (MAST) has proceeded with the installation of Guy Laroche, as Deputy Director General of the Office of Labor Insurance, Sickness and Maternity (OFATMA). The Director General of the MAST stressed that the choice of Guy Laroche in this position reflected the concern of the Head of State for the implementation of the social security system, that is to say, the coverage of occupational injuries and accidents, the health insurance, the Pink Card for students and workers in the informal sector.
