[...] While they ate the fruit on the porch of the house, Dady [the murderer] grabbed one of my children, Guerlanda Jean-Louis and hit of several stabbings in one of the rooms of the house.

[...] I threw myself on the man to prevent him to kill my child, he hurt me [...] bloody, I was screaming for help. I rushed outside to alert the people in the neighborhood... Meanwhile, the attacker took the smallest, my 8 month old who sat on the gallery and hit in the head with a knife and killed him.

[...] I do not know why he acted in this way [Dady], I had done nothing to him."

Recall that in response to this act of savagery, the inhabitants of Chabane revolted have lynched the murderer and burned his body on the Nationa Road #2.

Note that the small Guerlanda Jean-Louis, who received 13 stab wounds during the attack, is hospitalized in Petit-Goâve, where she has to undergo emergency surgery.

The funeral of the baby of 8 months have not yet been sung for lack of money. However, the population of Petit-Goâve, supportive, began a campaign to raise funds for the bereaved family.
