Many changes in the rankings since the results of the first week, the top three remains unchanged but the ranking changes. The industrialist Charles Henry Baker (born June 3, 1955) candidate under the banner "Respè" (Regwoupman sitwayen Espwa espwa) this week passes at the head and gains 2 positions, the singer Michel Joseph Martelly (born February 12, 1961) ran under the banner "Repon Peyizan" loses position and finds himself in second place, Professor Mirlande Hyppolite Maniga (born November 3, 1940) candidate under the banner "Rassemblement des Démocrates Nationaux Progressistes (RDNP) also lost a position and takes the third place of the classification.

Note that last week the difference between the first and third place was 10.41%, this week the gap is only 4.42% and the gap between each leading candidate turned around just 2%. As a general candidates begin to mobilize their militants and partisans on the Net and the fight promises to be hot. The largest increase was recorded by the notary Jean Céant Henry (born September 27, 1956) ran under the banner "Renmen Ayiti" which won five positions.

Note that 6.54% of Internet users have used the white vote (vote blanc), either to express their dissensions on these elections or that none the candidates is appropriate to them. They measure the popularity of a candidate or his party, his ability to mobilize and relevance of the candidate, his commitments and his program. You can i-vote once per 24 hours for the candidate of your choice (but nothing prevents you to vote once every day for your candidate or for another if you change allegiance).

The results of the second week (5 to 11 September 2010) measure primarily the popularity of the candidate and his capacity of mobilization since the electoral campaign yet officially did not start. Indeed, the Provisional electoral counsel (CEP) points out that the diffusion of messages by way of press and others is authorized only starting from October 15th and until November 26th. You will thus have to wait on October 15th so that the relevance of the candidates, their engagements and their programs can have possibly an influence in your choices.
