Haiti - Politic : Laurent Lamothe, wants attract Colombian investors in Haiti

As part of his official visit to Colombia, where he attended Thursday's inauguration of President Juan Manuel Santos Calderón, the Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe spoke on the airwaves of the station "La W" of Bogota to boast in particular the business opportunities in Haiti in order to attract investment in the country "Since the coming to power of the Head of State, Michel Martelly, Haiti continues to attract new capital into its economy. Thus, through this business climate, I think Colombia has much to offer us," stressed the Head of Government. He also said he would like to establish a partnership between the two countries particularly in the areas of security, the fight against illicit drug trafficking and transnational crime "We strive every day to maintain a climate of serene security in the country," he continued.

Note that the Radio "La W" emits in several countries of South America including Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Chile and North American cities of Los Angeles and Miami.

Thursday morning, the prime minister also met in Bogota, Enrique García Rodríguez President of the Development Bank of Latin America.
