As part of the Government's vision to develop and provide modern infrastructure to Haiti, over 400 projects are currently being carried out over the whole territory. Renovation projects to road infrastructure passing through the construction of hospitals, schools and tourism development, it's the whole country that is under construction.

One of the flagship projects of the Government remains the construction of the overpass of Delmas, whose inauguration is scheduled for late March 2015.

This ambitious infrastructure, a first in our history, is built to seismic standards and will help decongest the area of Delmas and Carrefour-Airport. The overpass will feature, among others, ramps , built of constructed of reinforced soil, considered one of the greatest innovation of the 20th century in the field of civil engineering.

Another overpass will soon be under construction in Carrefour. Studies have already been completed and the Government is now considering the expropriation process.

Four airports, including that of Ile-à-Vache, are under construction or in the process of being rehabilitated. Other major works are in the process of being completed in Haiti such as the new base of the Departmental Unit for Maintenance of Order (CIMO); the urban renewal of the city, the construction of shelter and the road to the hospital in Gonaives; the Emergency Center, the Port of Les Cayes and the road linking it to Jérémie; the rehabilitation of the road Lascahobas / Belladère and the border road; the urban renewal in St. Marc and Ennery.

In addition, the construction of 10 km of streets in Petion-Ville is almost complete as well as the route of Frères. The work of Phase 3 of Caracol Park including the sewing workshop, laundry, boiler room and an access road are underway.

Other large-scale projects have already started in Haiti, participating in the urban planning vision of the territorial reform and decentralization of the Government Martelly / Lamothe, reflecting its policy of engaging the real transition towards urban modernization in order to create the enabling environment for investment, jobs and growth.
