Two new municipal cartels in Cap Haitien and Croix-des-Bouquets and a new Director at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI) and the Electricity of Haiti (EDH) were appointed.

By presidential decree, it was decided that :

Are appointed to administer the City of Cap-Haitien (North) ntil the next elections, the citizens Yvon Altéon, President ; Musset Borgella, Member and Rodeline Obas, Member.

Are appointed to administer the municipality of Croix-des-Bouquets (West) until the next election, the citizens Réginald Clift Bazin, President ; Louna Jean Saint Hilaire, Member and Johny Simon, Member.

Also were appointed :

The citizen Morlan Muradin as Director General of the General Tax Directorate (DGI), he takes over from Jean Baptiste Clark Neptune (in office since January 2012).

The citizen Jean Gardy Ligondé as Director General of the State Electricity of Haiti (EDH) he takes over Jean Errol Morose (in office since August 2013).
