A contingent of 140 Senegalese gendarmes who were to take over from their colleagues in Haiti is blocked for nearly 10 days in Dakar because of health measures of Haiti against Ebola virus.

The Haitian authorities require Ebola tests for each member of the contingent before authorizing landing in Port-au-Prince, Senegal, exasperated by this attitude, has resolved to call on the United Nations Organization to resolve the situation.
