From November 12 to 16 at Club Indigo, Côte des Arcadins (Montrouis), the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) is organizing a retreat on Institutional Strengthening, iwith the participation of its executives and key partners.

This activity follows a process for assessing the electoral institution administratively and operationally. It aims to facilitate an action plan that should enable the training of members of the Departmental Electoral Offices (BED) and of Communal Electoral Offices (BEC), the retraining of executives and the implementation of recommendations and resolutions adopted during the retreat .

Note that this activity is supported by the international organization and the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA).
