Haiti - Social : Magic of Christmas at the National Palace

Friday on the National Palace courtyard, President Michel Martelly and his wife Sophia, received for the fourth year, over 3,000 children including dozens with special needs, in a festive atmosphere, in preparation for the Christmas celebration.

This activity, which took place as a recreational day for children from disadvantaged strata, was the occasion for the presidential couple to testify, once again, its love and solidarity with smaller.

Also in the spirit of sharing, gifts were distributed to all children present. The President and the First Lady shared with them moments of pleasure and happiness. The children played, danced and ate together before returning happy with their gifts. Satisfied, they expressed their gratitude to the Presidency.

The President Martelly and his wife have formulated their wishes for happiness and health to all children of Haiti in particular and the general public on the occasion of the Christmas and New Year.

Moreover, that same day, the Head of State, during an evaluation visit of construction works of International Port of Port-au-Prince, has also made the distribution of gifts to hundreds of children gathered at the National Port Authority.
