Haiti - Culture : A concert not to be missed «Haiti-Africa : hearts in resonance»

Friday, the Françoise Canez Auguste Foundation, the Tourism Association of Haiti (ATH), International Council of Museums (COM) and the National Bureau of Ethnology announces a fundraising concert for the benefit of National Bureau of Ethnology, from 7:00 pm at the Sugar Cane Historical Park.

On the theme: «Haiti-Africa : hearts in resonance» (Haïti-Afrique : cœurs en résonance) , this unique show will allow the public to discover the multidimensional talents of the artist Erol Josué with his Quintet of France, with the participation of famous artists and groups invited includingBelO, Jean Coulanges, Dadi Beaubrun, Jean Jean Roosevelt https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-9440-haiti-culture-congratulations-to-jean-jean-roosevelt-gold-medal-of-the-french-song.html , Coralie Herard, Boukman Eksperyans and Nègès Fla Voudou.

As a prelude to this concert, will be inaugurated the permanent exhibition "The Shackles of Memory of Nantes" (Les Anneaux de la Mémoire de Nantes), funded by the secretariat of the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) and the European Union.

To the numerous fans of traditional music and of world, who will visit the Sugar Cane Historical Park, the exhibition that will be inaugurated at 6:00 pm will be followed by the musical show which will begin at approximately 7:30 pm, with songs, dances, stories and projections about the richness and diversity of the heritage of Haiti.
