Pierre-Louis Opont, the President of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) confirmed that an electronic version of the preliminary draft electoral decree was transmitted Friday, February 6 to actors, political parties and members of organized civil society, concerned with the organization of the forthcoming elections. He recalls in a note to these interveners, they have "until 4:00 pm Wednesday, Feb. 11, to send to the Council their comments and suggestions [...]"

The CEP officially informs that "the final version of the draft Electoral Decree, will be sent to the Executive, by Friday, February 13, 2015, for the purposes of its publication in the official newspaper le Moniteur."
