The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries (MTIC), the Mayor of Jacmel and Spanish cooperation inform to be in a recruitment process for an execution firm for the rehabilitation of an old building in the historic center of Jacmel.

The Mayor of Jacmel received a donation from the the French Development Agency (AFD) to finance the costs of rehabilitation works of future Municipal Complex of Jacmel, which will be housed in the buildings of the former School of the Sisters of Cluny, located Place Toussaint Louverture. It is expected that part of the sums granted under this financing will be used to make payments under this procurement.

These works are part of the rehabilitation project of the buildings of the municipality of Jacmel. Currently, the Town Hall building has been rehabilitated. On the municipal complex site are found buildings from different eras, which reacted each in a different way during the earthquake of 2010.

The purpose of this consultation is to rehabilitate the building with all the criteria requested in the tender dossier.
