Haiti - Diaspora : Distribution of health and school materials

On Tuesday, the Medical Support Group to Haiti (GAMAH), together with the Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE) proceeded with the distribution of medical and school supplies to several institutions working in the field of health or education in Haiti.

Among the materials distributed include: academic and educational books, shelving for library, hospital beds, mattresses for children and adults, dental offices, electrocardiography devices, kitchen accessories etc...

It is Dr. Jean-Marie Bernard, President of GAMAH, who donated these materials that were sent in particularly to the Pestel Health Center (Grand'Anse), hospital Sainte Thérèse of Miragoâne, to the hospital Notre Dame de la Victoire to Paillant, to the Cultural center of Paillant, at Lycée Pierre Toussaint Paillant, Cultural center of Paillant, at Lycée Pierre Toussaint Paillant, to the nurse school of Miragoâne , to Tèt Ansanm pou Devlope Gran Gwav (TANDE GG)... he representatives of the beneficiary institutions thanked Gamha for this important donation.

Recall that GAMAH is an association of the Haitian diaspora, evolving in France. For several years it participates in community development by contributing in education, health and culture. It also participates in the reinforcement of medical and school infrastructure in remote areas of the country.

The Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad accompanied GAMAH since the clearance of goods (Saturday, May 16, 2015) until the distribution of donations. The Ministry reminds that all organizations and/or Haitian associations evolving abroad, benefit from this form of collaboration with the MHAVE.
