Margaret René, meanwhile, announced that registration will occur in three stages. Payment of 500 gourds per case filed (maximum 3), complete registration forms, deposit the registration forms in the faculties chosen by the student. "Once admitted, students must choose one of them, even if it passes the examination of all faculties".

For its part, Gerin Colo, Dean of the "Faculté de Droit" stated that "each student applicant may enroll in three units of UEH but he must then choose the unit in which it will follow its course". He noted that most public and private universities in the country were destroyed or seriously damaged by the earthquake in January, and that these measures were designed to facilitate entry to UEH as many students as possible, adding that "UEH not afford to cope with the pressure of demand".
