Saturday, after the prescribed period of 72 hours, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) has made available the list of the 11 appeals that were filed to the Registry of the Office of the National Electoral Challenges (CEN).

List of appeals filed :

• Joseph Antoine against the decision of BCED judgment in favor of the voter Faustin Dieufaite ;

• Anthony Bennett against the decision of BCED in favor of Jean Eddy Pierre ;

• Coffy Jonas against the decision of BCED in favor of Jacky Lumarque ;

• Laurent S. Lamothe against the decision of BCED in favor of Jean Nazaire Thidé et de Remulus Telong ;

• Therllius Aghate against the decision of BCED in favor of Jacky Lumarque ;

• Stervil Mackindy Mackinson and Barbara Metelus against the decision of BCED in favor of Moïse Jovenel ;

• Julien Marieuse against the decision of BCED in favor of Jean-Charles Moïse ;

• Arnel Bélizaire against the decision of BCED in favor of Josefa Raymond Gauthier ;

• Arnel Bélizaire against the decision of BCED in favor of Thierry Mayard Paul ;

• Beauvens P. Zil and consorts against the decision of BCED in favor of Simon Desras Dieuseul ;

• Beauvens P. ZIL and consorts against the decision of BCED in favor of Jacky Lumarque ;

Furthermore the Council invites the defendants on appeal, namely, Dieuseul Simon Desras, Jean Eddy Pierre, Faustin Dieufète, Laborde Adhémar James Marc, Jean Nazaire Thidé et Remulus Telong to claim urgently their advice and notification to the registry of BCEN, located in the Annex of CEP, on the Road of Frères #133 and reiterates its determination to do everything possible to hold free, fair, inclusive and democratic elections.
