The BCEN recommends to the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) to exclude 5 candidates :

Laurent Lamothe, Josepha Gauthier, Thierry Mayard (for absence of discharge)

Simon Dieuseul Deras (for candidacy not in accordance with the Electoral Decree)

Anthony Benneth for non-compliance with the law (probably dual nationality)

4 candidates maintained : Jovenel Moise, Jacky Lumarque, Moise Jean Charles and Antoine Joseph

The US Embassy without explicitly mention the verdicts of BCEN, launched a warning to American nationals living in Haiti against possible disturbances that could occur on Thursday 11 and Friday, June 12, 2015.
