Jean Bertrand Aristide will speak publicly

Wednesday, at a rally organized by the Executive Committee of Fanmi Lavalas as part of the celebration of the 62nd anniversary of former President Jean Bertrand Aristide, the former First Lady Mildred Trouillot Aristide said Wednesday that her husband will take a position publicly to express his support to the candidate Maryse Narcisse.

The Senator Bien-Aimé accuses the President Martelly

The Senator of Northeast, Jean-Baptiste Bien-Aimé denounced and accused the President Martelly, to have used the goods of the State for the purpose of electoral campaign for the candidates of PHTK, saying that July 7, 2015 before the opening of the electoral campaign, the President Martelly had used money, vehicles and a helicopter for the campaign of his party. He claims the explanations of Prime Minister Paul about that, as the Government had promised to fight for the respect of state property during the electoral campaign.

An electoral campaign timid and not very visible

The electoral campaign remains not very visible and timid, although it started well before August 9, especially on social networks. Few giant posters are visible to Port-au-Prince, except for the platform Vérité, which, very early, covered with posters the various neighborhoods.

Electoral Observation, accreditation card

The Provisional Electoral Council, invites the electoral observation organizations interested in observing the conduct of the election to submit promptly their file for analysis to obtain the accreditation card to the Electoral Observation Unit, under the Directorate of elections, located at number 133, on the road of Frères in Petion-Ville.
