Friday in Port-au-Prince, the Presidential Commission for the Reform of Justice, organized in the presence of Me Pierre-Richard Casimir, the Minister of Justice, a restitution workshop of the Draft Penal Code.

The many innovations in the new code have been the subject of discussions among all judicial actors in the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Port-au-Prince.
