Youri Latortue dissatisfied with 27% of votes

Youri Latortue, Senate candidate for the Artibonite under the banner "Ayiti Annaksyon" intends to challenge the formula used by the electoral authorities as part of the tabulation of votes, he protests against the determination of the percentage of votes from the number of votes valid.
