In a note the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) announces that "following the conclusions of the Complaints Commission, relating to complaints received, the Provisional Electoral Council informs the general public, political parties, political groups and candidates in particular, that it is forced to postpone the publication of preliminary results of the presidential elections of 25 October to 5 November 2015 [instead of 3 November]

According to the report provided by that Commission, of the 162 complaints received, 43 forty-three of them are channeled by the Council, to the evening of the Monday, November 2, at the Tabulation Centre for verification and possible correction.

The Council wants to give to the CTV technicians time to verify all the minutes and / or lists (émargement lists) incriminated by the complaints accepted as justified."
