After the sit-in, a delegation was received by Prime Minister Evans Paul. According to Me Mario Joseph and Rosa Boyé, who was part of that delegation, the Head of Government, having been informed of the irregular situation of 4,806 agricultural workers members of the Union, waiting for their identification documents in order to regularize their situation in the Dominican Republic, affirmed better understanding the situation and promised to monitor the progress of the file which is in charge of the Ministry Haitians Living Abroad, in order to satisfy the grievances of our compatriots.
