The Catholic Church wants a secular on the Commission

The presidential Commission of electoral evaluation created by decree dated Thursday 16 December, which should produce its report in three days, has still not been installed because of the reluctance of some sectors to validate the choice of their pre-designated representatives. The CEP confirmed to be ready, but postponed

At a press conference yesterday Monday, Mr Roudy Stanley Penn, spokesman of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), said that the institution is ready for the second round of the presidential election scheduled for December 27, however, he said wait for a correspondence from the Executive for this purpose. "The Provisional Electoral Council is ready. Everything is ok to hold the second round."
