He was arrested that the primary Assemblies are convened on Sunday, January 24, 2016 from 6 am to 4pm for the second round of the presidential election; for the second round of complementary legislative elections.

As regards of boards of directors of communal sections, of city of delegates, of administration of communal sections

as well as indirect elections of members of municipal and departmental assemblies, of members of departmental councils and of interdepartmental council will be held on the dates set by the Provisional Electoral Council.

The dates of the beginning and closing of the electoral campaign are set by publication of the Electoral Council.
