The Senate therefore takes note of courageous conclusions of the CEEI and urges the Executive Branch to ensure the monitoring of the Commission's recommendations.

However, the Senate also emphasizes on the verification of decisions of BCED and BCEN, the purification of the electoral apparatus, particularly on the need for political dialogue and consensus in favor of a healthy continuation and completion of the electoral process in order to avoid that, like in the past, entire constituencies would remain without representation in Parliament or are represented by elected dragging a legitimacy deficit.

At the end of the process thus leads in serenity and honesty, without any challenge or crisis, elected parliamentarians, in fully staffed, will be asked to register properly for the official opening in National Assembly.

Also at a press briefing on Tuesday, Andris Riché, called the executive and the legislature to decide as quickly as possible the future of the country after February 7, 2016, he believes that if a new President of the Republic was not elected before that date the country could experience a

State power deficiency "A decision must be taken quickly," advocating an inter-Haitian dialogue.
