Haiti - FLASH : Formal denial of MSPP and TROPIC S.A.

In a press note, Florence D. Guillaume, the Minister of Public Health and Population "brings a formal denial to the false messages circulating on social networks, on the prohibition of consuming products of TROPIC S.A.

This is an absolutely false rumor that had nothing to do with the Ministry of Public Health whose press notes to the population are always signed by senior management and duly sealed."

For its part the company TROPIC S.A. says to be "victim of a smear campaign via post from a Facebook accounts who were hacked.

The TROPIC S.A. always concerned to protect its customers and its integrity takes very seriously this false information and has taken steps to identify this group of saboteurs who spread free and hate speech."

The company TROPIC S.A. states have retained the services of an expert team of "cyber forensics" and lawyers who have already started their investigations. It indicates that a series of IP addresses has already been identified and is under surveillance and that their users will be prosecuted and punished according to law.
