This session should be held on the courtyard of the Palace of Justice in a space that will be developed for this purpose.

Tuesday, 6 accused Clifford H. Brandt, Sawadienne Jean, Evens Larrieux, Saint-Fort Carlo Bendel, Carline Richemard and Pierreval Ricot out of 19 identified in this case (The other being always on the run) were present in the room of the criminal court sitting without juries.

In addition, the judge handling the case, issued an order granting 10 days for people on the run to get to justice.
