At Frère Salesien (Office 9) in Petion-Ville, a voter was to vote and discovered that a vote had already been registered in his name... At Camp Corail people threaten to force the polling station to close in protest because they are not able to vote. At Lycée Pétion, representatives of RESPE are prevented from monitoring the election. The polling station of the Lycée Claudy Musseau at Les Cayes is still not open 2h00 after the official opening...
