Haiti - Elections : The Prime Minister confirms irregularities

Prime Minister Jean Max Bellerive just voted, contrary to President Préval, who says that everything is going well in this election day, he confirmed that there are many irregularities in the process.

Cap-Haitien (Dondon) voters reported ballot boxes with pre-filled ballots of candidates INITE.

The numbers expected to know where to vote does not work anymore... Digicel has put a number of information for voters who do not know where to vote is : 2811

At Lycée Calisterne Fouchard (Carrefour Feuille), it seems that only the representatives of INITE platform will be allowed to do their job of monitoring all other representatives are excluded... This should facilitate the task of INITE to organize frauds...

It is reported ballot stuffing in the center (Isidor Boisrond), observers of the Centre National d'Observation (CNO) can not get to the polls to see the fraud...

At Hinche, voters waited more than four hours, the opening of the polling station Dumarsais Estime, hoping that the voting center will be open before 4:00pm, closing time...

Currently, the overall impression that emerges is a low turnout. Where voters are numerous polling stations seem dysfunctional. On the other side, the number of ballots, seems to be growing... (with or without voters...).
