According to Spanish newspaper El Mundo, referring to UN diplomatic sources and the information obtained from the office of the candidate Michel Martelly, the preliminary results (partial) would give, now the candidate Michel Martelly "Repon Peyizan" ahead in the cities of Port-au-Prince, Cap Haitien and Les Cayes with 39% of the votes followed by Mirlande Manigat "Rassemblement des Démocrates Nationaux Progressistes (RDNP)" 31% and Jude Celestin "INITE" 12%.
