Recall that these courses are following the agreement of 22 January 2016, signed by the Rector Jacky Lumarque and the Resident representative of Business Development Office of the People's Republic of China in Haiti, Mr. Ling Jun, engaging Quisqueya University (UniQ) and the Confucius Institute Headquarters Hanban, public institution affiliated to the Chinese Ministry of Education to set up a teaching of mandarin to UniQ from next September.
