Haiti present many investment opportunities, particularly in the textile sector, thanks to HOPE/HELP. However, several foreign companies have confirmed their investment and now are taken with the slowness and delays of the the government and getting impatient...

Parc Sonapi,Kwan Lim and Wilbes wait... :

Kwan Lim, a Korean company has filed three months of rent for the month of August and still awaiting delivery of a building, repaired or constructed. Like the Korean Wilbes waiting to open four buildings to accommodate 3,000 new workers, following the signing of a contract with Walmart.

Koreans getting impatient :

Koreans of Kyung Seung wait to our doors. While everything is ready to open 3 new factories near Coral Cesselesse, the government must expedite the process so that the land of 3 carreaux is released and the project goes ahead, for now nothing moves...

Negotiations with Brazil are continuing. Coteminas, another large Brazilian company reiterated its intention to invest in Haiti.
