Brazil: A Step Forward:

Negotiations with Brazil are continuing. Late November in Washington, the company Vicunha, 2nd largest company in the country, Ms. Josselyne Féthière, Minister of Trade and CTMO-HOPE met with U.S. State Department, World Bank and IDB, in order to advance in the Vicunha implementation process in Haiti. Coteminas, another large Brazilian company reiterated its intention to invest in Haiti.
