At the restaurant Villate, in Petion Ville where must be made the announcement by the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) of the results of presidential, legislative (parliament) and Senate elections, some journalists are beginning to find the time long especially the international media.

We have had confirmation that the tabulation center had presented the results yesterday Monday to CEP. Why such delay ? Everyone is wondering... What prevents the CEP to present the results ? No representative of the CEP is present to explain what delay of nearly 1h30. The speculations go good progress and the rumors redoubles... More the time passes and more this silence raises questions.

At outside, the streets are emptied, people are hurry to return on their home. The country retains its breath... the tension goes up.
