For this 4th edition of Prize Philippe Chaffanjon of multimedia report, the applications are open from 15 September 2016 to 15 December 2016.

This Prize allows to continue the demanding journalistic work of Philippe Chaffanjon, Deputy Director General of Radio France, died on 24 April 2013. Great reporter then leader of men that marked the profession by his skills, exigency, his work ethic, his humanity and his vision of the future.

This Prize aims to reward field reports resulting in innovative multimedia productions and to support a new generation of talented journalists.

The Prize Philippe Chaffanjon award two works : A realization published on a French news website and a realization published on a Haitian news site.

The Prize reward journalistic field work. The subjects are free and multimedia reports must reflect the accuracy of the facts. The French and Haitian realization seclected by the jury2017, will each receive 2,500 euros and the assurance of the publication of the award winning multimedia report on partners' websites.

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION :

Candidates must be aged under 40 on the date of filing of their application;

The subjects are free;

The press card is not mandatory;

A single media report must be sent by application;

The multimedia report should already have been released by a French news site or a Haitian press site between 1 January 2016 and 15 December 2016.

Registration for the Prize Philippe Chaffanjon multimedia report is free and open from September 15, 2016 to December 15, 2016 at midnight.

ADWAD OF PRIZE :

The Prize Philippe Chaffanjon of multimedia report will be presented on Thursday, June 1, 2017 in the premises of Radio France, 116 President Kennedy Avenue, 75016 Paris.
