At least 178 schools damaged or destroyed

Jean Beauvois Dorsonne, the Minister of National Education announced the establishment of an Evaluation Committee whose mission is to identify the number of public schools damaged or destroyed during the passage of the Matthew over Haiti. The evaluation committee will deliver its report to the service of 'engineering school' so that the necessary repairs can be made. The latest report from Civil Protection Directorate, DPC indicated that at least 178 schools were damaged in several departments of the country and some destroyed.
