Haiti - Petit-Goâve : 54 schools and 122 churches damaged or destroyed

Deputy Mayor of Petit-Goâve Delor Desgranges communicates a new partial assessment of infrastructure damage caused by the passage on Haiti, of the powerful Category 4 hurricane, Matthew. According to this still provisional assessment, 54 schools and 122 churches have been damaged or destroyed in the communal sections of Petit-Goâve.

88 churches damaged (Catholic and Protestant), breakdown by communal section :

1st section (1 church), 2nd section (3), 3rd section (2), 4th section (10), 5th section (6), 6th section (6), 7th section (27), 8th section (8), 9th section (6), 10th section (1), 12th section (11), 11th section (3) and Downtown (2).
