At the level of the Football Confederation of North America, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF) the Grenadiers ranks 5th.

The top 5 places in the world ranking of men's football are respectively occupied by : Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Chile and Belgium.

At the World level the Haitian women's national team, the Grenadières, ranks 63rd, a gain of 5 places, compared to 2015. At CONCACAF level our Grenadières ranks as their men counterparts in 5th place.

The top 5 places in the world ranking of women's football are respectively occupied by : the United States, Germany, France, Canada and England.
