Camille Junior Edouard, Minister of Justice learned with dismay the passing away Saturday January 14 of François Latortue, at the age of 98 years. In this painful and challenging circumstance, the Minister salute the memory of this former Minister of Justice (24 March 1986 - 5 January 1987).

Let's recall that François Latortue is also the author of several important works for the promotion of Haitian law, including "Droit du travail en Haïti"(1961) and "Cours de Droit Civil en Haïti".
