In addition to parliamentarians, presidential candidates (2016), all former Heads of State of Haiti and foreign delegations totaling more than 200 personalities are invited to this ceremony, although many foreign guests and heads of state remain to be confirmed, to 16 days from the investiture to be held at the Legislative Palace.
