A delegation of the Red Cross, composed of Elahjd As Sy, Secretary General of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Inès Brill, Head of the Cluster Cuba-Haiti-Dominican Republic, of Dr. G.Jean-Pierre, President of the Haitian Red Cross (HRC) and its Secretary of Government Me P. Belot held a working session this week with the Office of President Jovenel Moïse, who was represented by its Director of Cabinet Wilson Laleau, in the presence of Antonio Rodrigue the newly appointed Foreign Minister and Special Advisers Me Guerd Pasquet, Guichard Doré and J.W. Dorneval.

Many points were discussed with the Chief of Staff, including: support for the HRC, the construction of the Blood Bank and a Biological Laboratory and the Headquarters Agreement. Wilson Laleau promised to make the necessary follow-up on the various points raised and the delegation was satisfied with the results of this working session.
