Students vandalize the offices of the North West DDE

214 arrests

Commissioner Jackson Hilaire, North West Departmental Director of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), revealed that by April 2017 the PNH had made 214 arrests, 14.21% more than in teh month of March, pointing out that in this number, several individuals are alleged criminals actively sought by the police.
