- Colombia;

- Panama.

who wish to visit Haiti, are obliged to obtain a VISA before their arrival in the Haitian territory.

However, if foreign applicants hold a US, Canadian or Schengen visa (Europe), they can do without this formality.

Any person who contravenes this provision ill be liable to sanctions under the law governing the matter."
