Thursday, President Jovenel Moïse, accompanied by the Deputy of Léogâne, Jean Wilson Hippolite, toured the town of Léogâne where he visited several localities, including Lasale, Croix-des-Prés, Downtown, Salbouce, Darbonne to see the condition of bridges infrastructure on the beds of rivers Brache, Momance, Vincent, La Rouyonne.

In the localities of Salbouce and Darbonne, the Head of State met with local authorities, around the infrastructures to be realized, notably dams and banks, on the Rouyonne which, in rainy season, floods and destroys the gardens, plantations and property of local residents.

President Moses also met with some notables and members of associations in the area, to inquire about the concerns and grievances of the inhabitants, before visiting several secondary roads, whose some of which will be subject to extensive rehabilitation work.
