Within the framework of the National coverage, the National Television of Haiti (TNH) which has resumed broadcasting its programs on the department of the South https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-21407-haiti-politic-the-tnh-broadcast-again-in-the-south-department.html and in order to ensure a better presence in the South, for a sustained production, Gamall Jules Augustin, the Director General of the TNH went to Les Cayes to establish production partnerships between the TNH and several regional television stations.

He spoke with the managers of Radio Télé NAMI of Les Cayes, Radio Télé Univers (Télé 6), Radio Télé MACAYA and Radio Télé Labrise. At the end of this meeting, the leaders agreed on the principle of partnership of production, with the TNH. It should be noted that these production partnerships will replace the needs of technicians and correspondents of the TNH. On-site, these stations will help, especially during shooting and editing periods where TNH technicians can use the infrastructures of these media to finalize their tasks, but above all, these stations will contribute to the coverage of major events (Cultural, natural, political...)

Through these partnerships, TNH intends to improve its regional production and to experiment a genuine national information network from the Center to the Regions and vice versa.

After the South, Grand'Anse will be the next department to receive signals from the TNH.
